What it sends

The Quote an assistant gets back is the one in the Run it window above.

The reply above your discountIn the reply to Claude

A 25% discount needs the founder’s approval. You will have an answer by 16:00 today, in this conversation.

Inside the 15% the price file allows: annual Pro for 10 portfolios at $12,665 a year.

Start it this week

  1. Set your discount. Tell your agent the most it may take off list: 15% here. Volume, an annual plan and a paid pilot are the levers it may use.
  2. Answer in seconds. Each agent that asks for a price gets a Quote from your price file in the same reply, valid 7 days.
  3. Answer only what is above it. Above 15%, your agent opens an Approval, tells the asking agent when you will answer, and waits for you.
  4. Follow up once. If the agent named its owner’s address, your agent sends one follow-up on day 5, then lets the Quote expire.

Did it work

Watch: Count Quotes accepted per Quote sent to an agent, each month, and how fast you answer the ones above your discount.

Your dashboard shows your rate from week 3.

If this works, you see it first in agent quote acceptance, then in new customers.

The math

quote requests × buyer % × quoted % × accept % = 6 × 80% × 95% × 44% = about 2 customers a month

Calls 3.9¢ for answers to 6 agent requests (6 runs × 0.65¢), plus 2.4¢ for routing each as a Lead (6 runs × 0.4¢).

About 6.3¢ a month in cash. At 2 customers a month, that is about 3.1¢ a customer in cash, before your hours.

It runs from week 1, so the first customer lands about week 3. That is 2 new customers a month at full rate, under 15 min a week of your time, and a loaded CAC of $51: cash plus your hours at $100.

How it decides

When it starts, who runs it, what it does next and when it won’t send

Use it when: A price file synced with Stripe, and 1+ agent a month asking for a price. If no agent asks for a price yet, run Get bought by agents instead. If no price file synced with Stripe, first publish every offer with its price in Stripe.

When it starts. When a buyer’s agent asks for a price, a quote or a discount, the discount asked is above your 15% limit, or a buyer’s agent hands over a whole job as one task.

Who runs it. Your AE agent runs it. You read the first 20 messages; after that it sends under your standing approval, within the limits you set. One approval rule on send makes every message wait for you.

What it can do next. When someone writes back, it sorts the reply (interested, send me pricing, not now, wrong person, out of office, question it can’t answer, or stop) and gives each its own next step.

When it hands to you. When a signup who fits asks for a call, it comes to you with their answers and times to offer.

When it won’t send. It pauses itself when one of its checks fails, and tells you which. Every pause and how to clear it: Refusals.

Your settings. Every setting is one file your agent edits, with the calls behind it: Code.
