Try another: the inboundChoiceReason
Birchway Properties: “340 units, 4 owners, renewals keep slipping. Can we see a demo?”book-with-aeover the 120-unit line; asked for a demo
Kestrel Rentals: “We have 40 units. Can we just try it?”start-a-trialunder the line; asked to try
Alder & Co: “Would you do 20% off if we pay annually?”to-a-persona discount is never the agent’s call

Where it sits: Stranger → Lead → Trialing → Activated → At risk → Churned → Won back · Inbound meeting rate → Deals and trials opened → New Customers ↑ → ARR added each week → ARR

Worth’s formula: about +12.3 per 100 × 135 a month × 0.80 Meetings to opens × 0.25 opens to paid × $590 first order ARR ≈ +$1,960. Under First signal: About 10 weeks to tell a +9.4 lift at 135 a month (8 to read, 2 to mature); at 20 a month, 90 days can tell only +23 or more, so your half starts at 0.

SDR · your agent (role:prospector, worker_2) holds the Key Result. It hands to AE · Priya Shah (person) (role:sales-lead, worker_3, staffed on day 9) and to the CSM Role, which is unstaffed, so it reads you (Dana Okafor, person, worker_1). Your number links to Did it work. Rungs read each option’s stakes through the Role’s autonomy by decision class, and the hold prints as derived: low gives 2 minutes.

The slow loop, as a Change. decision_97 (2026-09-14, weekly) read 9 trials at 120–200 units with 1 paid, and 4 at that size that asked for a call with 3 paid, so change_14 moved the line from 200 to 120 units (your file, line 4) and Dana merged it with POST /{namespace}/changes/{change}/merge. Replayed on past inbounds, POST /{namespace}/changes/{change}/review put the agent half at 28.4 per 100; read back at +30d it is 27.1, n 47, ■■□□ Early sign (Example, day 51).

Each receiver answers with POST /{namespace}/tasks/{task}/claim (Take this one), POST /{namespace}/tasks/{task}/return with a reason, POST /{namespace}/actions/{action}/redirect, POST /{namespace}/approvals/{approval}/approve or POST /{namespace}/approvals/{approval}/refuse, each a one-call window, and an Approval unanswered by its deadline expires and cancels the answer. Once a person claims, the agent’s pending Actions on that Lead cancel with claimedByPerson (Not live yet, gaps #7), and every reply goes to the claimer’s queue. A Task nobody claims by its due time goes up a Role through POST /{namespace}/tasks/{task}/escalate (AE to you), and person-promise fires.

On time: AE · Priya Shah, 12 of 13 claimed within 60 min, median 18 min, ■■□□ Early sign, n 13 (the 13th, task_131, waited 74 min and paused the lane); you, 10 of 10, median 22 min, n 10. Your queue: counted by kind: in week 1, 14 approvals, 1 hand-off and 1 weekly review; after the promotion, 1 weekly review and about 2 hand-offs a week.

The fixed line: POST /{namespace}/deals/{deal}/assign sets owner to the receiving person, the agent is never a Deal’s owner, and Meetings land on the owner’s calendar under the owner’s name.

Outside benchmark: 32 % of 6,346 business demo requests got any email reply (a vendor-run field test, 2026-09-22).

Before it · After it. Before it: paid-social, events-and-webinars and editorial-seo end on a form or an email to you. After it: lead-nurture hears Nurture’s Lead.nurtured, and usage-upsell hears the trials that convert. If inbound stays under 5 a month by day 28, run cold-email.
